1) The title track, Titanium, 6:53, was composed in September, 2012. I used Bloo and Phasm2 VST's. 2) Reception, 4:58, was composed in August, 2015. Adonis1, Oxytocin and T-Synth VST's were used. 3) Mood Three, 4:19, was originally composed (Mood version 1) in June, 2004. Then I modified it in October. 2010 for Mood Two. I used the tracker "Buzz" for all parts. I also used one of Zebra Mann's (Ron DePaepe) Open Loops from his September, 2010 group at Tapegem.com. 4) Arcane, 6:12, was...

Mike and I decided to do another release around January of 2016. This one took a while to complete. Both of us had other projects going on but here we are, near the end of August of 2017, ready to release. I feel that these are some of the best compositions we have done for our collaborations. Also, there was a contribution from a on-line contact of Mike's, who wants to go by the name of "Zebra and Donkey". He is responsible for "Radium" and Mike used a few of his sound...

There's no theme to this release, it is organized to flow well when listened to as a whole, or even half whole. While I still have some older releases to add to my archive org library, I have quite a lot of solo, collaborations and all my Tapegerm collaborations to add to archive org. I've listed the VST's I used for each piece, all are freeware. I use Tobybear's VST Mini-Host, then I process the wav with an old version of Sound Forge and lay the tracks down in an old version of Acid. Easy...

Lost City Music Vol 2 by Dave Fuglewicz & Pete Painful This was released July, 2002, about 6 or 7 months after Vol 1 was released. On this part of The Lost City saga Pete's production skills really shown. It was a lot of work but definitely worth it. We were/are very pleased with the results. Pete also recruited Keith Eisenbrey for additional percussion, and Jeff Milano for use of his field recordings from West Java. There are two bonus tracks that were/are not included in the CD release....

Lost City Music Vol 1 by Dave Fuglewicz & Pete Painful (aka Pete Comely) was released in January, 2002. It was the culmination of nearly three years of work between Pete and myself. We dedicated ourselves to attaining perfection with this release and I believe we had reached that goal. I consider this and Lost City Music Vol 2 to be among my best work, solo or in collaboration. Pete sent me a CD of source music in April of 1999. I used those sounds as a basis for Sub-Concia Boulevard,...

Around April of 1995, my friend, Pete Comely (aka Pete Painful on the release) asked to record some tracks he could collaborate with. From May, 1995 through July, 1995 I recorded the base track(s) that were to evolve into "Harmonia Forest At Dawn". Then I sent the two track cassette to Pete for his part. From July, 1995 through September, 1995 I recorded the tracks for "Island Of Lost Plants". These tracks were also sent to Pete on a stereo cassette for further work. In...

Electronic Skunk Fire, was released in November, 1997 on cassette. Sometime in 1997, on a suggestion, I put together a release named "Dream Glop" which contained some of my more spacey compositions from previous releases. I decided to also release the opposite and do a release of nosier compositions from previous releases. No new stuff here but the artwork is unique to this release. The original cassette j-card artwork is below along with my more modern CD cover. 1 The Tengu Stomp...

Dream Glop, was released in November, 1997 on cassette. A sampler of my spacey compositions from previous releases. Sometime in 1997, my friend Peet suggested I put together a release that contained my most glopiest compositions, since they were his favorites. I loved the term glop so I went with that for part of the title. I assembled Dream Glop using previously released material. No new stuff here but the artwork is unique to this release. The original cassette j-card artwork is below along...

In 2005 I was invited to release an album through a new web-only label. I put together the cuts below and called it "Enchantment Of Visions". It was released in January of 2006. By that time I had made a total cut over to computer based compositions. The label didn't have any traffic and closed up shop about six months later. I used a variety of programs to create these compositions and it is noted for each composition. 01) M.....April, 2004: created using Buzz. 02) Talking With The...

The Wizard's Porch, was released in March, 2012. In 1996 I recorded thirty minutes of audio for a collaboration that never completed. In late 2011 I began the process of reviewing my unreleased material that I had on four-track cassette; The Wizard's Porch was one of the first things I worked on. When I heard it again after many years I decided to add new tracks to it using VST synthesizers. When I released it, I included the original, unedited 1996 version and the updated 2011 version. My...

I would still be analog-only on the Lost City releases with Pete Comely. Jimi Hendrix has always been a huge influence on me and my guitar work. I even had a dream about him one time during the 80's. At least I think it was a dream. In the dream Jimi and another person materialized from the upper corner of my ceiling. I was then walking with them down a sidewalk outside on a sunny day and talking to them. The only thing I remember from this dream conversation was Jimi saying "wow, so this is the 80's man". So when Dave spoke of a Jimi Hendrix project I was...

In early 2012 I was getting tired of working on many collaborations and on my Tapegerm compositions. I wanted to do something original again. So I used the planet Neptune as a overall setting and came up with different individual settings as indicated by the titles. In this fantasy Neptune world, it had breathable (by humans) air but retained many of those Neptunish qualities we all love so well. I used the following VST's in the production of Neptune: 1) Crystal 2) Meteorite 3) MonoFury and 4)...

Aquarium Rave Up, was released in March of 1999 on cassette and was my fourteenth release. Aquarium Rave Up consisted of material recorded during most of the previous year. "Ultra-Zone" was not called that when it was originally recorded. Only recently, around 2012, did these compositions get titles. I was going to do a through the mail collaboration in 1998 and in March through May I worked on recording enough tracks for a 60 minute cassette. The collaboration fell through and I left the tracks buried. Then a couple of years ago I started to go through all my old master tapes, checking for any unreleased compositions or albums. And now here they are,...

In 1996, I had been trading my tapes with Adam Hurlburt (who was recording under the name Vraxoin) for several years when one of us put the idea forward of doing a collaboration, simply titled "Collaboration". I used my analog synthesizers while Adam was using computer generated samples and rhythms. At that time it seemed to me that it was a mixing of opposites, and wasn't sure if the end result would be up to either of our standards. We worked on the tape, by mail, from June through...

"Creeping Jenny" was my fourteenth release, in November of 1997 on cassette. After I had released "The Portal" I had put together two "best of" compilations "Dream Glop" and "Electronic Skunk Fire" which explains the jump in releases, "The Portal" being eleventh and "Creeping Jenny" being fourteenth. "The Portal" was my eleventh release, in April of 1997 on cassette. After I had released "Orange Mist Sunrise/Sunset" I took a nine month break recording solo pieces. During that time I recorded some pieces that went to a release by Vraxoin titled "Collaboration", the "Sonic Debris" release by Ambient Meat and few other things here and there. I got back to recording some solo pieces in December of 1996 and within two and a half months I had enough for a...

In May of 2012 I had asked Brian if he would like to work on a collaboration track with me. He agreed and sent me a source file or two to work with. I mutated them, adding my own sounds with the end result being the track; "Furious Cactus". I posted this to my SoundCloud account and Brian, along with a couple or six other people like what I did. Encouraged by this, I asked Brian if he would he would consider collaborating on a full release. He said sure, why not and he sent me a...

I had a vision for this several years ago the title came to me with some musical abstract madness in my mind. One thing was certain it was bigger than myself and others needed to be involved. The first attempt was made with my brother. A few tracks were collaborated upon and some short video pieces were created but something more was needed. It was more an abstract idea of the biggest thing you could imagine condensed down to a single speck and should be painted with music. This would be a...

"Orange Mist Sunrise" and "Orange Mist Sunset" were released in March of 1996 on two cassettes. This was my tenth release. I had originally planned on releasing one sixty minute tape but as I was working on compositions the sounds were flowing wonderfully and I was soon past sixty minutes by February of 1996. At one point I was working on three compositions at the same time which was very unusual for me. Previously I had worked on one piece until it was completed. It seemed...

"A Gentle Sounding Of Chaotic Extensions" was released in March of 1995 on cassette. This was my ninth release. In 1993 I took about a year off to build and rebuild my equipment and that's why I didn't release anything in 1994, but by March of 1995 I had enough for another release. Also, this was the first time I had contributions by other musicians, my friends Pete Comely and Marty Ashmore added significant parts on two of the compositions. This release, I feel is a small quantum...

Roswell, Georgia May 8, 1999 Hal and I had been trading tapes and corresponding for about four years or so. We enjoyed each others recordings and corresponded with tape trades. He was in the area, visiting family and we got together Saturday, May 8, 1999 to jam and visit. Sit a spell and make some sounds, some noise, some music. We played my ARP 2600 and ARP Odyssey. It's been a little over thirteen years now and I'm not sure who played what and when. I do remember that we switched back and...

In April, 2007, Hal McGee invited me to play at the Tampa Noise Fest, which was scheduled for June 8th, 9th and 10th, 2007. Now I've never played for a live audience before and I hesitated for a few days but did accept. We decided to do a duo for Saturday night. Within a week or so, he asked if I could come down to his hometown of Gainesville, Florida on June 7th, to do a show with him at the Action Research Show # 1, in a warehouse space called Install Bay. This is a record of that show. We...

Previous to this, I had been aware of and enjoyed Michael's many recording sides and I thought this would be a rewarding endeavor. Add guitars, synth, sounds, etc. whatever you want..." The working title for this was...
